Azmain Ahmed Sabab Reza

Azmain Ahmed Sabab Reza is a passionate youth leader and development strategist committed to training, capacity building, and sustainable social progress. Currently serving as Development Director at the Future Flare Foundation (FFF), he plays a key role in designing and implementing programs that equip young people with essential skills, leadership abilities, and a community-focused mindset.

With a strong background in IT, digital media, and creative solutions, Azmain integrates digital literacy, creative skill development, and community engagement into impactful projects. His approach blends hands-on training, mentorship, and innovative program design to empower youth, promote environmental advocacy, and advance education and child welfare.

His leadership journey began with service as a Cadet Sergeant in the Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) and active participation in the Bangladesh Scouts, experiences that built his discipline, teamwork, and public service values. Over the years, he has contributed to numerous volunteer initiatives in education, environmental awareness, cultural exchange, and youth development with both local and international organizations. From 2020 to 2023, Azmain was actively involved in the Global Law Thinkers Society (GLTS), where he served as IT Chief & Executive member and played a significant role in large-scale programs such as Green Human Walls, Rise of An Empire, and Dui Banglar Boishakh. His work during this period earned him multiple honors, including the World Record Coordinator Certificate and the Best Supportive Leader Award. Academically, Azmain is pursuing a BBA in Finance at the Army Institute of Business Administration, Sylhet. Originally from Mymensingh, he completed his SSC and HSC studies there, laying a strong foundation for his academic and leadership journey.
